PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit full papers presenting new research. All submissions must describe original research, not published or currently under review for another conference or journal. Papers should be prepared following IEEE format (you can use A4 paper template), double column, minimum 10-pt fonts and up to 6 pages. All accepted papers will appear in IEEE Xplore, and authors of selected papers with particular merit will be requested to extend their paper to be included in an Edited Book published by a leading scientific publisher.

All paper submissions will be handled electronically in the OpenConf submission system. Authors should prepare a Portable Document Format (PDF) version of their full paper for submission.

All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality through peer reviewing, where PC members are invited to assess the scientific contributions of papers.
